On Reading, the first passage of every book stays free — 17 passages in all; the rest of the library comes with Premium.

Every machine-scored response is labelled an estimate, and the report states in plain words how much to trust it — we do not publish a numeric accuracy figure we cannot stand behind. Writing and Speaking are marked on the same four criteria the real test uses, with our own plainly-worded rubric. Automated bands are practice estimates, not official results; each report explains the scoring limits and how to interpret your feedback.

A pass is a one-time payment that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel; an existing weekly or monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime. An unused pass can be refunded in full within 7 days of buying it, and a queued pass that has not started yet can be refunded any time before it starts. An existing subscription's first paid charge is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, once per customer, as long as you have not yet used what you paid for (for example, AI feedback on Writing or Speaking, including in a mock test, or a Premium passage). Purchases made before 12 October 2026 keep the earlier terms, where the guarantee ends only once you have used premium AI marking. Your rights under consumer law always apply, used or not.
