Is it really free to start?
Yes — no card, ever. You do need a free account to open a practice, and you get 8 free practices every rolling 7 days, forever, shared across all four skills. On Reading, the first passage of every book stays free — 17 passages in all; the rest of the library comes with Premium.
How accurate is the automated scoring?
Every machine-scored response is labelled an estimate, and the report states in plain words how much to trust it — we do not publish a numeric accuracy figure we cannot stand behind. Writing and Speaking are marked on the same four criteria the real test uses, with our own plainly-worded rubric, and the marking is calibrated against examiner-marked scripts before it is allowed to hand out a band.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Weekly and monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and your first paid charge is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee — with two conditions: it can be used once per customer, and it ends once you have used any premium AI marking (a Writing or Speaking submission, or a mock test) on the paid tier. Do you offer plans for tuition centres?
Email us and we will talk it through. There is no self-serve sign-up for centres yet — group accounts are not something you can set up yourself today, so it starts as a conversation about what you need.
