Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using abcdielts.com (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; users between 13 and 17 require verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
2. Description of Service
ABCD IELTS is an English-language test preparation platform focused on IELTS, with planned coverage of PTE and TOEFL. The Service provides ABCD IELTS practice material, teaching annotations and test-preparation tools, including the 4M keyword mapping methodology and 4i wrong-answer pedagogy, along with practice, test, and review modes. Some material may identify a third-party source where applicable. Source identification does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. ABCD IELTS is operated as a commercial business: part of the Service is available at no charge and the rest requires paid access, as set out in section 6. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and we may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are limited to one account per person. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@abcdielts.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or otherwise harvest content from the Service; access the Service through automated means without our written permission; resell, redistribute, or republish any practice passage, 4M mapping, 4i rationale, walkthrough script, or strategy panel; share your account credentials with anyone else; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service; or circumvent any usage limits, paywalls, or access controls associated with the free tier.
5. Intellectual Property
ABCD IELTS owns its original explanations, mappings, rationales, scripts, software and interface elements: the 4M keyword mappings, 4i distractor rationales, walkthrough scripts, strategy tip panels, audio narration, and all user-interface elements are © ABCD IELTS 2026. Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holder and is identified where applicable. Your access to the Service does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you. ABCD IELTS operates commercially: we charge for access to the Service. We do not represent that we hold a licence from, or any other permission granted by, any third-party rights holder, and we will remove any of it promptly on request from the rights holder — write to support@abcdielts.com. You may not redistribute, mirror, archive, or use any portion of the platform to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
6. Payment, Passes and Subscriptions
Paid access is sold as a prepaid pass, billed in your billing country’s currency — Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), or United States Dollars (USD) elsewhere — and processed through Stripe. The exact amount and currency are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you confirm. Final price—no additional tax charged at checkout. A pass is a one-time payment for a fixed period and does not renew.
If you already have a subscription, it continues on the terms you bought it under: it auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel it, you keep your access, and you can cancel it at any time from your dashboard.
Once you have used the access you paid for, change-of-mind refunds are not available. Refund and cancellation terms, including refunds of unused passes, are set out in our Refund Policy. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, or we suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms, the additional discretionary refunds in our Refund Policy may no longer apply; your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected, and we assess any refund or remedy owed under that law on its own merits.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
ABCD IELTS makes no guarantee that use of the Service will result in any specific IELTS band score or other test outcome. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IDP Education, British Council, Cambridge Assessment English, ETS, or Pearson. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including any rights available under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You and ABCD IELTS submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of mandatory rights or remedies available under the law that applies where you live, and a court with jurisdiction under that law may hear a dispute. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@abcdielts.com.
